- New styles from Miu Miu and Chloe
Solaris, the region’s first dedicated boutique for high-end designer sunglasses, has always brought the latest in the world of eyewear. New collections of two top-notch brands, Miu Miu and Chloe, have hit the Solaris stores in Dubai.
“Miu Miu and Chloe collections are always evolving. Dynamism of their design is very refreshing and somewhat provocative. It attracts those seeking to make a trend statement,” Katia Andrejev, Brand Manager, Solaris Middle East, said.
Style with strong personality is what Miu Miu is all about. The name embodies the founder’s, Miuccia Prada, motto: live, love and laugh. Prada’s niece established the line in 1993 when she chose to come up with more accessible, non-conventional and somewhat rebellious designs. The line instantly charmed a younger clientele that found in Miu Miu a style that is completely in sync with its fashion hunger.
Very feminine, dynamic and designed with much attention to details Miu Miu new sunglasses are inspired by heraldry of the middle ages like metal clasps, shields, crowns and sirens.
“While Prada is known for sophistication and classiness, Miu Miu comes to introduce models more eccentric than Prada. As it represents the true spirit of the young trend generation, Kristen Dunst was chosen to be the face of Miu Miu for 2008,” Andrejev explained.
Committed to bringing the latest designs to the customers, Solaris has introduced new collections from the French name Chloe that is famous for its oversized frames and modern updates on classic designs.
“People who are fond of the unusual will find their passion in Chloe sunglasses,” Andrejev added.
In addition to Solaris’s stores in Deira City Centre, shop-in-shop at Debenhams stores in the Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai, The Avenues and Kuwait International Airport in Kuwait, Villaggio Mall in Qatar, Bahrain City Centre in Manama expansion plans are set for Solaris to open more stores in Dubai, KSA and Oman. Commenting on the new stores opening, Andrejev said:” Not only are we are introducing more brands and new collections, but we are opening new stores soon in Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall and Arabian plaza in Dubai.”
