Platinum Sponsorship:

The rights & benefits of Platinum Sponsoring include the following:
  1. Announcing the Platinum Sponsor selected through a special press conference held in the presence of representatives from the Senior officials, Organizing Committee, media representatives and the Sponsor’s representatives.
  2. In the media campaign:
    -At the end of every TV commercial, picture freeze for three seconds on the Sponsor’s name and logo which will be broadcast on the TV channel sponsoring the event locally and via satellite. There are 150 (one hundred fifty) expected TV commercials. -The name and logo of the Platinum Sponsor will be published as press ads on the pages of some Arab magazines and newspapers (which covers all GCC countries).
    -The name and logo of the Platinum Sponsor will be printed in colors on the promotional brochures under the expression “Platinum Sponsor”. 10.000 copies will be printed and distributed to all Ministries, authorities, companies as well as public and private institutions that are called to participate in the conference. The name and logo will also be printed on the conference ads that will be sent by bulk e-mails to around 1.500.000 electronic addresses in the Arab and foreign countries.

  3. -The sponsoring company can provide organizers with brochures and catalogues (with or without CD) that can be placed in the briefcases that are to be distributed to all participants in the Conference.
  4. Exhibition booth of (21) m2 with the standard equipment at the main entrance of the exhibition hall.
  5. (150) invitation cards for the opening ceremony, allowing the sponsoring company to send it as private invitations.
  6. Sponsor’s name and logo will be put on the main backdrop in the conference hall and on all other banners that will be distributed inside the hotel in different sizes, the name and logo will also be diffused on a screen of (2x2 m.) throughout the conference, and the company’s logo will be printed on all the conference imprints and CDs that are to be distributed to participants.
  7. The name and logo of the sponsoring company will be published on the private electronic site of the conference (www.gitof.com) for the period of one year, with a direct hyperlink to the private site of the sponsoring company.
  8. The sponsoring company can invite ten (10) persons to the conference and exempt them from registration fees.
  9. The sponsoring company can invite twenty (20) persons to the Gala Dinner which is prepared by the conference organizers and attended by all participants and many officials including Ministers, deputies, diplomats and socio-economic bodies.
  10. A commemorative trophy will be offered by the conference organizers to the Platinum Sponsor with words of gratitude during the Gala Dinner and the opening ceremony which will be held under the auspices of HRH Prince of Holly Makkah.
  11. The sponsoring company can deliver a brief statement at the opening ceremony that will be held under the auspices of HRH Prince of Holly Makkah.
  12. Organizers bear the residential costs of one senior representative of the sponsoring company, who will reside in a Junior Suite at the hotel where the conference is held, for a period of five days, and a luxurious car with a driver will be put at his disposal throughout that period.
  13. The sponsoring company can use one of the meeting rooms at the Hotel for free, to hold as many meetings as it likes during the days of the conference.
  14. Front first row seat to the representative of the sponsoring company at the opening ceremony of the conference.
  15. Two ad pages at the exhibition guide (each sized A5)
  16. The name and logo of the sponsoring company will be printed on the forum’s official gifts.
  17. The name and logo of the sponsoring company will be hyperlinked with Gulf Tourism Committee website (www.gulf-tourism.com) for the period of one year.
  18. The name and logo of the sponsoring company printed on the Video & DVD’s that will be produced and distributed to all participants after the forum.
  19. Live interviews with senior officials from the sponsoring company on media sponsoring television channel and news papers.
  20. Airport VIP’s launch will be opened for the senior sponsoring company representative upon arrival and departure.
Golden Sponsorship
  1. Announcing the Gold Sponsor selected through a special press conference held in the presence of representatives from the senior officials, Organizing Committee, media representatives and the Sponsor’s representatives.
  2. In the media campaign:

  3. Name and logo of the sponsoring company on the main banner behind the rostrum of the room where the Honoring Dinner is held.
  4. The Sponsoring Company can invite (3) three persons to participate in the conference and exempt them from registration fees.
  5. The Sponsoring Company can invite (10) ten persons to the Gala Dinner which is prepared by the conference organizers and attended by all participants and many officials including Ministers, deputies, diplomats and socio-economic bodies.
  6. Place welcoming paper triangle in the name of the main and other sponsors, on every table at the honoring dinner ceremony.
  7. The Sponsoring Company can place small sized flags at each table.
  8. The Company can distribute brochures and leaflets about its activities during the honoring dinner.
  9. A brief welcoming speech can be delivered at the dining ceremony.
  10. One ad page at the exhibition guide (sized A5).
  11. Lunch sponsor will benefit from a banner on the Conference website (3x10 cm).
