The Land Holding transfers its legendry housing Ajmakan from Riyadh to Cityscape Abu Dhabi

 The platinum sponsor of Cityscape Abu Dhabi from May 13th to 15th 2008, the land holding showcased its residential 1.8 billion dollar
legendry project Ajmakan, developed in Al Khozomah north the capital city of Riyadh.

His royal highness prince AbdulAziz Ben Mishaal Ben Abdulaziz will unveil of Ajmakan  in the company pavilion on the first day of the exhibition.
 
“Ajmakan will be Saudi Arabia’s most exclusive development ever. A truly special creation, a blend of natural beauty and convenience, authenticity and technology in one of the best healthy and environmental residential areas, close to the Diplomatic Quarter and King Saud University, and other governmental sites, besides its overlooking to the majestic Wadi Hanifa signals the gateway to Ajmakan” said Mr. Said Said, President of The Land Holding.
 
“The project consists of an exclusive boutique hotel built entirely within the wadi, capturing the natural beauty of the desert oasis and the enchanting starting point for ‘Wadi Walk’, a 1 kilometer boulevard offering breathtaking views and creating a synergy with the dramatic desert setting” added Said.

 
 
Ajmakan elite desert community is the first Saudi Arabian development from the emerging partnership of The Land Real Estate Investment & Development (The Land), Alshoula Holding Group and Tameer Holding.
 
The 184-hectare Ajmakan (meaning ‘a uniquely beautiful place’) boasts 120,000 sq m of exclusive retail space, , palaces with large areas, 74 high-end, wadi-facing villas and 406 sumptuous residences and 5 star hotel. The project is surrounded by ‘Green Wadi’, ideal place for exercise, enjoyment and relaxation.
 
Ajmakan’s advanced business infrastructure offers visionary companies 250,000 square meters of ultramodern, mixed-use office and residential suites, and a full service business park purpose built for prestige corporate headquarter facilities.
 
Construction of Ajmakan is scheduled to begin very soon, immediately after completion of all official licensee procedures. “Saudi Arabia offers a great deal in terms of quality of life supported by a modern infrastructure, and Ajmakanis the perfect location for an exclusive development close to Riyadh, a major business and lifestyle destination. The expected value of new construction units in the kingdom is 484 billion riyal in 2010.the kingdom needs to develop new 2.62 million residence with a yearly average of 163.750 residence .the investments in the newly constructed residence will reach 1.2 trillion riyals in 2020, so the kingdom offers unfamiliar development opportunities in the coming next years. The amount of money invested in construction and development is 150 billions till 2010, and according to a study done by Riyadh development authority, the city population reached 4.2 millions in 2004commentedsaid.

Now it is the ideal time to invest in housing projects in Saudi, especially in Riyadh. Ajmakan will be the legend of housing projects in Saudi, due to its unique location and development level”.
 
Also under the spotlight at Cityscape Abu Dhabi will be prominent The Land projects under construction in Qatar and Jordan, especially KingAbdullah Bin Abdel Aziz City close to the Governorate of Zarqa, east of the Jordanian capital Amman, is a master-planned commercial and residential district built around a 2 kilometer pedestrian boulevard featuring shops, entertainment venues and landscaped areas surrounded by homes for 500,000 residents. The Land is developing 1,250 competitively-priced residential and commercial units, built to exacting international standards, in a US$350 million investment.
 
In Qatar, The Land is now developing Perlita Garden Falls, the only private gated community within the US$5 billion The Pearl-Qatar development. The 5-star luxury villa and townhouse development offers an environment radiating tranquility, privacy and security, surrounded by lush landscaped gardens and water features for its privileged residents.
