•  Giga Group honoured as the best developer for its Gold Crest Views at the 2008 Middle East Cityscape Awards

 
GIGA Group, one of the leading property developers in the region was officially presented with an award for “The Best Developer of the Year” in the residential development sector at the 2008 Middle East Cityscape awards ceremony held on Tuesday, 13^th May 2008 at the prestigious Emirates Palace Hotel.
 
Commenting on this recent win, Mr. Haji Muhamad Rafiq Giga, Chairman of Giga Group commented, “This is a major accomplishment which recognizes the Giga Group’s adherence to quality in everything it does. Today’s announcement shows that we’re on the right track, corroborating Giga’s position as one of the leading property developers in the region as well as internationally. ”

Entries to the Cityscape Middle East Real Estate Awards were judged by a panel of internationally acclaimed industry professionals based on the developer’s contribution to world architecture culture, invention and imagination and respect for people and environmental awareness in the emerging and developed countries throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

“This is a team effort and the credit definitely goes to everyone who has put in their hard work. We thank each and every individual within the group and our valued partners who have contributed their professionalism, innovation, motivation and commitment immensely to these projects. We also thank the various awarding committees for recognising our work and contribution to this industry,” added Mr. Amir Pardesi, Vice Chairman, Mazyood Giga International.
 
The award winning Goldcrest Views is the signature residential development that boasts the epitome of luxury living. This state-of-the-art 40 storey tower will now be entitled to display the Cityscape Awards logo its marketing materials.
