• Index, Limestone House and Control Tower units to be released for sale on the UP stand on last day of Cityscape

 
Union Properties PJSC (UP), one of the leading property developers in the United Arab Emirates and a proud recipient of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award for Real Estate Development are showcasing three of its projects at Cityscape Abu Dhabi from the 13 -16 May at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. With the extension of the exhibition by one day, UP will be releasing residential and commercial units for sale. Home owners and investors will have the opportunity to purchase units from Index, Limestone House and MotorCity’s Control Tower on Friday, May 16. MotorCity, Index, an 80 storey multi-purpose tower and Limestone House are all on schedule for a 2009 completion.
 
“With Abu Dhabi’s property market growing steadily UP’s participation at Cityscape Abu Dhabi is part of our strategy to create local awareness for our brands at a suitable platform, it is an integral part of our communication activities that also gives us the opportunity to network with the industry professionals, regional and international investors, property developers, leading architects and designers,” said Simon E. Azzam, Chief Executive Officer, UP.
 
“Construction for all our projects is progressing at good speed. Concreting for the 80-storey Index tower located at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has reached level 71 whereas concreting for Limestone House is complete on all 15 levels. Concreting for the 38 storey Control Tower in MotorCity, the highest point in Dubailand is now complete on all levels and we recently reached a milestone by finishing the last remaining structural concrete slab on Area One of the two construction areas of UPTOWN MotorCity, contracted to Al Naboodah Laing O’Rourke LLC. In addition to the already operational Dubai Autodrome, over the next year, MotorCity will see the completion of all its project components; residential units of UPTOWN MotorCity and Green Community MotorCity, Business Park MotorCity and F1X Dubai,” added Azzam.
 
UP is showcasing MotorCity, Limestone House and Index at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, at UP stand number 2C10. MotorCity is the latest addition to UP’s brands, Limestone House offers an incomparable standard of living focusing on opulence, style as well as traditional luxury and Index, the 80 storey multi-purpose tower will have state-of-the-art offices for multinational corporations and minimalist designed luxury apartments.
