• The UAE-based real estate pioneer creates waves of excitement world wide after selling more than 30 per cent units of its luxurious Hydra Waves project in Mexico during Cityscape Abu Dhabi.

 
Hydra Properties, the UAE-based leading international real estate developer, has announced the recent launch of its headquarters and sales centre in Mazatlan, Mexico.  The twin-step has given the property pioneer a cutting edge to focus on their ongoing luxurious Hydra Waves project at the beach city of Mazatlan in Mexico.
 
The headquarters and sales centre was inaugurated on 26 May, 2008, at the sunny coast of Mazatlan during a grand ceremony which was graced by the presence of H. E. Mayor of Mazatlan, Mr. Jorge Abel Lopez Sanchez, H.E. Mr. Antonio Ibarra Salgado, Minister of Tourism, Mexico and Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, the Chief Executive Officer of Hydra Properties, other luminaries in Mexico and senior executives of the company.  Hydra also unveiled a model of the Hydra Waves, which offers invaluable insights to the project, and was the cynosure of all eyes at the ceremony.
 
Commenting on the launch of its headquarters and sales centre in Mexico, Dr. Al Fahim said: “This is a moment of immense joy and pride for us. It gives me great pleasure to announce the launch of our headquarters and sales centre in Mexico. I’m sure this step will go a long way to streamline our operations in Mexico and illustrates Hydra’s deep commitment to offer its customers top-notch service.”
 
The Hydra Waves project in Mazatlan has already created waves of excitement world wide and during the recently held Cityscape Abu Dhabi more than 30 per cent of the luxurious units were sold. The excavation for the mammoth venture is over and the project is expected to be completed within 30 months from 26, May, 2008.
 
The Hydra Waves comprise a number of towers, including the 37-storey Hydra Waves Beach Front Tower facing the main seafront in the heart of the Golden Zone between Islas del Sol Resort and El Cid. It is the tallest condominium tower in Mazatlan.
 
Built on a 4614 square metres area, the Hydra Beach Front Waves Tower will have 172 fulltime condominium units. The Hydra Waves Beach Front Tower will be the first structure of its kind to boast a 500 square metre rooftop restaurant.
 
The second phase of the project has a 26-storey, five star hotel towers with 500 rooms and a group of 18-story time share buildings on the seafront.
 
The hotel is designed to herald tourists into hitherto unseen or unheard zone of luxury. The one thousand apartments coming up in the same vicinity will provide accommodation to those seeking their own residential space with a sea-view.
 
Reaffirming Hydra Properties’ philosophy that has taken the UAE-based company to the far shores of Mexico and launch its headquarters in Mazatlan, Dr. Al Fahim, said:
