ETA Star Properties has completed the topping out ceremony of Liberty House Office and Apartments being constructed in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The topping out ceremony marks an important milestone in the construction of the premier complex which may see delivery by the year-end.
 
A premier freehold office and residential development, Liberty House is situated on the DIFCCs main thoroughfare, Gate Drive.
 
Mr. Abid Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star, said: “We are pleased to announce the completion of the structure construction of Liberty House. We are now getting in to the final phase of the construction. Once completed, Liberty House will become a distinctive and prominent architectural landmark in the DIFC.”
 
The 41 storey Liberty House offers a full range of select Freehold residential accommodation, with apartment types including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, one-bedroom duplex and two-bedroom duplex. The flexible, high quality, freehold office accommodation provides for offices from 900 to 24,000 square feet.
