 The Australian Institute for HR (AHRI) and Dubai Institute for Human Resource Development (DIHRD) signed an educational agreement in the field of HR Management; accordingly DIHRD will provide Professional Diploma of HR (PDHR) and Foundations of HR (FHR) for employees in all UAE Government Units, Private Sector at all Arab and Gulf countries The agreement was signed by Dr. Boualem Chennoufi, Senior consultant and acting CEO of DIHRD and Serge Sardo CEO of AHRI.
 
The PDHR contains four unit postgraduate level course that provides the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve a management level in HR. This industry accredited examines for the four layers of HR; the macro environment, the work place, the individual and the overall measurement and evaluation of HR practices.
 
The Diploma is suitable for HR professionals and line managers with at least two years of experience in HR practice or graduate of the Foundations of Human Resources course.
 
The Foundation of HR (FHR) is a comprehensive education program that covers all the key areas of HR needed for non HR Professionals and line employees.
 
The licensing agreement includes assessment for PDHR to be conducted exclusively by AHRI, with local consultation and support. It also allows for assessment to be managed locally by DIHRD.
 
DIHRD will be responsible for delivering the training through its specialized HR facilitators and support AHRI with curriculum customization to fit work environment in the Arabian and Local organizations.
 
DIHRD is looking forward to sign more agreement with international education institutions to represent best practices studies in Human Resource Development and to conduct international conferences and forums to exchange experiences in the field of Human Resource Development.
