Schön Properties is underscoring its strength as the leading commercial property developer in New Dubai through participation at the forthcoming Cityscape 2008 exhibition at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre on 6-9 October 2008.
 
The emerging real estate powerhouse is putting the spotlight on its latest premium commercial project called Libertas, a AED 650 million property located on Sheikh Zayed Road in the massive Downtown Jebel Ali development.
 
Libertas is the latest in a series of high profile projects that Schön Properties is undertaking, which notably include the landmark Dubai Lagoon development, Schön Business Park, Schön Suites and The Signet, among others.
 
In Downtown Jebel Ali, a 200 hectare mixed use urban community that will be at the core of what is now known as New Dubai, Libertas is enviably located in the Trellis district, which is made distinctive by unique pathways of greeneries that connect a thriving hub of business and residential towers.
 
In developing Libertas, Schön Properties sought to address a strong demand for commercial space in Dubai as a result of its continuing boom.
 
According to Schön Properties Vice President, Asher H. Schön, “Dubai’s growing prominence as a centre of commerce in the region, and the world, has enticed many new start-up businesses to set up shop here, and has attracted many large multinationals to relocate here thus prompting a demand for more office spaces.. There is in fact a supply shortage, which we seek to address with Libertas.”
 
Libertas offers 21 floors of superb office spaces all designed to cater to the needs of busy businesses. The tower has been strategically designed - with just one central pillar – to give tenants an unobstructed view of their work environment that is also spacious and filled with natural light. “We have also incorporated an impressive retail mix at the ground floor to provide our tenants and their guests all the comforts and conveniences of doing business,” Asher continued.
 
At Cityscape, Schön Properties is once again expected to draw the interest of property investors from in and around the region who are not only eager to relocate or start up in Dubai, but also on the look out for a great location within the Downtown Jebel Ali development.
“Our properties have been developed to target specific needs, and address future market demands. For these reasons, we have been very successful in our projects and we hope to continue in this same vein at this years Cityscape,” ended Asher.
