Market anticipation is growing for the AED 800 million Mina Al Fajer Resort, as Fujairah’s first premium property development showcases 21 exclusive units at the forthcoming Cityscape Dubai exhibition at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre on 6-9 October 2008.
The spectacular mountain and seaside project has enjoyed significant sales success since launching in May 2007, with the majority of the units snapped up by investors in the early stages of the sales cycle. As progress on the development steams ahead, the company expects intense interest from savvy investors eager to acquire the available 8 marina apartments, 3 solarium villas and 12 mountain villas within the magnificent mixed use community.
Progress has been swift and smooth at the construction site, according to Mr Hussein Fakih, CEO of Mina Al Fajer Real Estate LLC. “The marina was finished earlier this year and foundation works for blocks A,B,C and D are completely laid out. Retaining walls for the mountain villas are also in progress and construction of the buildings has commenced. Our timetable is on track to complete the project in 2009 and the site is shaping up nicely.”
Fakih likewise mentioned that the construction of the five star hotel to be managed by Fairmont Hotels has already commenced, adding further momentum to the rapidly developing project.
Fujairah’s first and largest property development to date, Mina Al Fajer Resort has captured the eye of many, putting the spotlight on the previously sleepy emirate as the next boom area in the UAE. Fakih noted that many property investors are now looking outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi to diversify their portfolios and with Mina Al Fajer Resort, “they now have a perfect choice,” he added.
Once completed, Mina Al Fajer will feature a superb sea-front community that will include a marina, 48 mountain villas, 13 solarium villas, and 80 marina apartments, in addition, a 200-room five-star hotel will be managed by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. With nature providing a dramatic backdrop to an upscale and exclusive resort, Mina Al Fajer promises contemporary, luxurious living experience.
“As always we anticipate great things from Cityscape Dubai as it’s an excellent platform for us to meet potential investors, showcase our development and update existing investors on the progress of our current projects; we look forward to another successful exhibition,” ended Fakih.
