Tamweel PJSC, the largest provider of real estate finance in the UAE, announced today that it will offer up to 90 per cent finance on selected Tamweel properties during Cityscape Dubai 2008, the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the world, which takes place from October 6–9, 2008, at the Dubai Exhibition and Convention Centre. Tamweel will also waive arrangement fees upon registration on selected Tamweel properties during this period.
As well, visitors who register at the Tamweel exhibition stand will avail of a finance pre-approval facility for up to 90 per cent finance on a property of their choice. The pre-approval finance facility will have to be used before October 31, 2008.
