SNASCO, one of the region’s leading property firms and master developer of the Sharjah Investment Center (SIC), has announced that it will participate in the 7th edition of Cityscape Dubai, which will take place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from 6 to 9 October.
The leading developer will showcase its Sharjah Investment Center, release new details of the mega project and launch a number of multi purpose projects, including commercial, office and residential projects, all of which are included in the recently launched third phase of the unique development.

Commenting on the latest developments, Mr. Saleh Sorayai, SNASCO Chairman, said: “The company has developed a comprehensive and highly workable strategy for this project, which entails the completion of infrastructural works prior to the launch of any portion of the development for sale. The launch date and setting for each new release is then chosen carefully, so that it also provides significant networking opportunities.”

“The selection of Cityscape Dubai for the launch of our various new projects, is aligned with our marketing strategy as all of the new projects to be unveiled at the exhibition have been provided with the necessary infrastructure,” he added.

Mr. Sorayai went on to say that Cityscape Dubai offers the perfect platform for networking with the real estate community, keeping abreast of the latest innovations and trends on the local and regional scales and unveiling the latest property products and projects. He added that SNASCO will offer a 5% discount on all plots in the SIC’s third phase during the exhibition, as part of its promotion campaign.

SNASCO’s Chairman explained that the Sharjah real estate market is an attractive investment destination, thanks to the emirate’s strategic location and its frequently updated infrastructure, adding that SNASCO has a strong presence in this promising market.

It is worth mentioning that SNASCO launched the ambitious SIC project in November of 2006. Located on the Emirates Road, a few kilometers away from Sharjah International Airport and Al-Hamriah Port, SIC is a vital, fully integrated, multi-purpose project stretching over 32 million square feet. It features industrial, commercial and residential clusters and compounds and provides a wide range of logistical and investment services that are likely to strengthen Sharjah’s economic position significantly.  The firm is keen to showcase this landmark project at most local and international real estate exhibitions.

On the other hand, Cityscape Dubai 2008 is now set to occupy over 75,000 square meters of exhibition space, with 1,000 exhibitors and 60,000 participants expected. The previous edition of the event, which is considered the world’s leading business to business real estate investment and development exhibition, attracted 849 exhibitors, with 51,855 industry professionals from 136 countries participating.
