Taameer Jordan Holdings Launches Project Sales in the United Arab Emirates

•  In Collaboration with Aqarat.com, in Dubai and Cornerstone in Abu Dhabi

Taameer Jordan Holdings (TJH), the largest real-estate development company in Jordan, announced that it is launching sales in the United Arab Emirates for the different housing units forming part of its Jordan based projects. This announcement came on the heals of the signing of sales management agreements with both Aqarat.com corporation, based in Dubai, and Cornerstone based in Abu Dhabi.
 
This announcement coincides with TJH’s second consecutive yearly participation in Cityscape Dubai, where it is displaying four different aspects of real-estate development at its booth. Each project on display is set to reflect a different developmental concept. Ahl Al Azm, exemplifies the large scale, well-planed, modern residential city, while the Andalucia project represents Jordan’s first example of a fully serviced gated community. Boasting the concept of a second family home, the Red Sea Resort project is a successful example of the residential tourist resort; and Mansion Hills, located on the southern shores of the portal city of Aqaba, is a multi purposed integrated tourist project. Lastly, TJH is also exhibiting Gardens Villas, located in Madinat Al Sharq in Zarqa, as a luxurious residential suburb. And together, these concepts highlight TJH’s diverse operational directions.
 
Taameer Jordan Holdings Deputy CEO for Marketing and Sales, Eng. Rami Adwan said,” Our decision to appoint sales agents based in the United Arab Emirates is one aimed at increasing levels of communication with our customers in this market. We are also striving to attract new customers to our projects in Jordan, including the Jordanian community based here. This development falls in line with our plans to appoint agents for our real-estate products across the region and the globe at large.”
 
Eng. Adwan further added, “We, at TJH, are always keen on participating and on being actively present amongst our regional peers, as we strive to highlight the high level of development reached within the Jordanian real-estate sector. Being the leader in real-estate development in Jordan, we will be showcasing pioneering regional real-estate developmental concepts and projects.
