SNASCO launches Gulf Business Centre and Al Shurouq Towers at Cityscape Dubai 2008

SNASCO, master developer of the prestigious Sharjah Investment Center (SIC), has launched two big new projects within the SIC development, which are being showcased by the firm at the current Cityscape Dubai exhibition, where the firm is making strong presence in this year’s edition of the exhibition.
Mr. Saleh Al Sorayai, Chairman of SNASCO, said of the launch, “The scope and scale of the Cityscape exhibition makes it the ideal platform for the launch of our first two projects in its landmark development. The two projects, the Gulf Business Centre and Al Shurouq Tower, will set the benchmark for other projects to follow and are testimony to the enormous success of the SIC development thus far.”
The Gulf Business Centre is a five-storey office building that provides high quality office spaces to cater to the needs of small and medium enterprises. It also includes retail space and a number of other facilities and amenities, such as a basement parking level to ensure ample parking space for tenants. Situated in the heart of the SIC development and surrounded by promenades and boulevards, this project forms part of the business park of the entire SIC precinct, making it highly attractive to investors looking to set up office in the Northern emirates region. Al Shurouq Towers, meaning “Sunrise Towers”, is the landmark by which the entire development will be recognised. This year’s edition of Cityscape Dubai has attracted greater numbers of visitors and exhibitors than ever before, with more than 1000 exhibitors and over 60 000 visitors attending this year.
