• Tamanya Terrace short-listed in Best Al Fresco category  

 
 Tamanya Terrace at Radisson SAS Dubai Media City (DMC) is shortlisted in the Time Out Nightlife Awards 2009, ‘Best Al Fresco category’.
 
According to Farida Parekh, Marketing & Communications Manager of Radisson SAS Hotel Dubai Media City, the open-air venue has carved itself as a stylish, niche dining hotspot but she said that it is the array of live music including performances from local and visiting jazz, house, soul and hip hop acts that cements its appeal.
 
She added that the menu is built around easy-to-eat Lebanese mezze with a choice of different shawarma and pitta bread selections, and the eighth floor location means that Tamanya Terrace also offers some of the finest views to be had across Dubai Marina, with the vast city line on one side and Arabian Gulf view on the other.
 
The Time Out Nightlife Awards by the weekly TimeOut guide is set to put the spotlight on the city’s best venues, culinary talent and dining experiences for 2009. Radisson SAS DMC has been featured on the awards'' list regularly with outlets Certo, Chef House, the Icon bar and The Lounge previously named as ''Dubai favourites''.
 
Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Media City is located in the heart of the emirate''s emerging regional technology and communications hub and offers 247 rooms, including five suites, designed in a contemporary style. The hotel offers several food & beverage outlets, 12 meeting rooms and Senso Wellness Centre with five themed massage rooms and two outdoor pools.
