ZUMA restaurant at Dubai International Financial Centre has been named winner of Best Japanese Restaurant at the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2009.
 
Winning a Time Out Dubai award is no easy feat. The magazine’s team of food critics visit each restaurant in Dubai, dining anonymously as paying customers to arrive at their conclusions. The judging process takes into account the quality of food, presentation, service, ambience and value for money. The Time Out Dubai awards are 100% independent – the only awards in the city that can make this claim. To obtain recognition at the awards ceremony is to achieve something outstanding.
 
“ZUMA made a big impact on the judges, from its inspiring and beautifully executed food, to the slick service and impressive setting.” said the judges of the winning restaurant.
 
The Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2009 were presented at a glittering ceremony at the Park Hyatt on Tuesday 31st March. The evening was attended by many of Dubai’s top restaurateurs and managers in eager anticipation of Time Out Dubai’s verdict on the best venues to eat in the city.
