BARWA Technologies Launches the Construction Monitoring Solution
|
Barwa Technologies, a subsidiary of BARWA Real Estate, today announced it will be integrating Cisco’s Digital Media and Physical Security solutions to provide with real-time data and live video feeds on the progress of multiple construction projects.
By combining Cisco’s emerging technologies, along with real time data pulled out live from various project management databases, BARWA Technologies will provide a unique solution to the real estate market. This solution will address the challenges faced by real estate developers as well their contractors, subcontractors and even investors, to efficiently monitor the progress of the construction sites and take timely actions to avoid unnecessary delays.
Offering the solution as a service, is another key value add for BARWA Technologies, who aims at simplifying the deployment and operation as well as providing user friendly interfaces suitable for projects’ owners, executives, project managers and contractors alike.
BARWA Technologies approach signifies the first integrated Cisco Digital Media Systems and Physical Security solution worldwide and is expected to be replicated to serve other real estate customers globally. This solution is part of a larger innovative framework adopted by BARWA, which also includes involvement in setting new standards for sustainability, ecological impact and green building design to support the dynamic development of the real estate market in Qatar and across the region.
