Towers Rotana Dubai appoints Leo Holli as the new Director of Food & Beverage.

Leo Holli has recently joined Towers Rotana Dubai team as the new Director of Food & Beverage.
Leo has more than fifteen years of food & beverage experience, and has held various managerial positions with leading international hotel chains in Scotland, Australia, Malta, Austria and UAE.
Holli is not new to Rotana family; he was previously handling the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Villa, Rimal & Rihab Rotana.
In his new role, Leo’s main focus will be on maintaining the high competitive position of the property’s dining venues in the Dubai market.
