  • Highlights include Jeddah Gate, Al Khobar Lakes and Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah

  • All projects partner in socio-economic growth of the Kingdom

Emaar Properties, the global lifestyle provider, is showcasing its significant contribution in creating modern lifestyle communities in the Kingdom through its participation at Cityscape Saudi Arabia, a premier exhibition to be held from June 14 to 16, at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events.

Emaar is showcasing Jeddah Gate and Al Khobar Lakes, two master-planned communities by Emaar Middle East. Another spectacular showcase at the exhibition is the Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah, which is centrally located in the Holy City of Makkah.

Mr Issam Galadari, Managing Director, Emaar International, said: “Led by the Government’s focus on infrastructure development and powered by growing domestic demand for modern homes and offices, Saudi Arabia has demonstrated strong economic resilience, which has benefited all sectors of the economy. Cityscape Saudi Arabia comes at an opportune time highlighting the inherent strength of the Kingdom’s property sector and will be an ideal platform for investors and developers to meet and interact.”

He added: “Emaar is highlighting our participation in this unique developmental dynamic by showcasing projects that have earned significant investor interest. Jeddah Gate and Al Khobar Lakes are premier integrated communities that offer world-class homes and offices. The Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah is another distinguished project offering serviced residences that enjoy the location advantage of being on the Haram Plaza overlooking the Holy Kaaba.”

All projects are progressing on schedule, a testament to Emaar’s commitment to project delivery. “We are on track with the development of Jeddah Gate, Al Khobar Lakes and the Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah,” said Mr Galadari. “All projects create new job opportunities and add to the economic growth momentum of the Kingdom.”

Models of the homes at the three projects will be showcased at Cityscape Saudi Arabia with dedicated customer service staff to assist visitors with more details. Emaar’s pavilion is located at G20.

Managed by the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, the Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah are located in Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel – the tallest tower within Abraj Al Bait, a cluster of seven elegant high-rises developed as part of the King AbdulAziz Endowment of The Two Holy Mosques. The studio- and one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes are located in the upper-most floors of the hotel thus offering residents the fulfilling experience of viewing the Holy Kaaba from their homes.

Al Khobar Lakes is a luxury lakefront development set on 4.3 million sq m featuring 80,000 sq m of serene water bodies. The first phase has more than 2,000 private villas with retail and leisure amenities that are perfect for family living. Work on the first residential village - Al Nada – which gained strong customer and investor response is progressing. Duplex Villas in the second residential village, Al Ghadeer, will be launched shortly.

Jeddah Gate is a mixed-use project spread over half a million sq m and features several residential units; office space and 75,000 sq m of gross leasable area for retailers. Emaar Middle East has already launched the sale of Abraj Al Hilal, a cluster of three high-rise residential towers within Jeddah Gate, in Saudi Arabia to strong customer and investor response.
