CBD now in Souq Al Bahar in Burj Dubai area

In line with its strategy to expand in strategic locations close to growing up market communities, CBD announced the opening of a new branch in Burj Dubai area.
The “Old Town Branch” was inaugurated by Mr. Peter Baltussen, Chief Executive Officer of CBD along with other senior executives of the Bank. This branch strategically located in the Souq Al Bahar in the Old Town (in the proximity of Dubai Mall) will cater to the financial needs of the community in the neighborhood of Burj Dubai. The branch which is managed by a team of professional staff headed by Ms. Rana Al Marzooqi also has Al Dana Center to serve our existing as well as prospective wealth management clients.
Mr. Peter Baltussen, CEO of CBD said: “Opening of the Old Town Branch increases our network and marks a strategic step forward for CBD. The opening of a branch located in the Souq Al Bahar is in line with our mission to be recognized as the preferred banking partner in our target client segments. We are focused on expanding our presence to be available to our customers wherever needed, as we do not save efforts in making banking as convenient as possible for them. This new branch at the Souq Al Bahar will be utilized by all CBD customers of retailers, shoppers, or residents of the neighborhood.”
Mr. Faisal Galadari, General Manager Business Group said: “Opening of this new branch reflects our commitment to be in line with the growth, development and prosperity of Dubai. The new branch is modern, spacious and equipped to offer excellent services and banking facilities to its existing as well as potential clients in a pleasant and friendly environment.”
The new branch offers a full range of business and consumer banking services and will be open from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. from Saturday through Thursday. The branch is also equipped with an automated banking lobby which provides 24/7 access to CBD’s ATM, Cash Deposit Machine and Cheque Deposit Machine for the convenience of the bank’s customers. Opening of the Old Town Branch increases CBD’s network to 26 branches spread across the United Arab Emirates.
