The Red Flag Group Launches New Office in Dubai Silicon Oasis

•  Branch to Offer Group’s Full Range of Ethics and Compliance-Related Services

 
The Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority today announced the Red Flag Group, a leading advisory, due diligence and technology firm, has expanded its global presence by setting up an office at Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), the region's premier integrated innovation hub for high-tech industries.
 
The Red Flag Group assists companies in developing ethics and compliance programmes and conducts anti-corruption due diligence, investigations and audits and breaches of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The newly-opened office at DSO will offer the group’s full range of ethics and compliance-related services, as well as in-person and online training.
 
Randa Almomani will head the DSO branch as the General Manager. A 10-year veteran in information technology integration and development, Almomani is also the group’s Head of Greater Gulf region and serve as the company’s Lead Customer Advocate for its ComplianceDesktop platform that helps manage ‘conflicts of interest’ disclosures, approvals, management and escalations.
 
Scott Lane, CEO of the Red Flag Group, said: “Dubai was a natural growth area for the Red Flag Group because of its growing focus on corporate governance and compliance. The Red Flag Group’s newly established operations will additionally benefit from DSO’s strategic location on Emirates Road, with quick access to the Dubai International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and the city’s central business district.
