 Demonstrating its continued innovation in the rapidly growing telepresence and video conferencing market, TANDBERG today announced at GITEX 2009 its expanded Profile Series product line delivering an extended range of completely integrated high-definition interoperable solutions for team collaboration. New to the TANDBERG Profile Series are the entry-level Profile 42”, the Profile 65” and the Profile 65” Dual video collaboration systems. The enhanced TANDBERG Profile Series provides customers with an HD video collaboration system for any room environment, driving the benefits of group video collaboration throughout the organization.

The TANDBERG Profile Series offers a range of sleek, high-definition video conferencing systems that are fully interoperable with any standards-based video conferencing or telepresence system as well as unified communications platforms such as Microsoft Office Communicator. Each system is designed for a consistent user experience and offers 1080p HD, high-quality large screens, and an intelligent, user-friendly interface. Natural communication is also achieved through full duplex audio and a PrecisionHD™ 1080p camera. All Profile Series products come with TANDBERG’s award-winning Codec technology, which enables easy sharing of presentations and multimedia. With the exception of the new Profile 42” with the C20plus, all Profile systems come with embedded multisite to allow multiple sites to connect and collaborate at the same time.

·         The new Profile 65” Dual is powered by the most advanced 1080p codec on the market - the award-winning TANDBERG Codec C90. Designed for board rooms, auditoriums and specialized collaboration spaces, this system features 65” screens, giving users the option to dedicate one to multimedia sharing.
·         The new Profile 65”, powered by the TANDBERG Codec C60, is ideal for large meeting rooms and the corner office.
·         The Profile 52”, powered by the TANDBERG Codec C60, is ideal for team settings and meeting rooms. The Profile 52” Dual comes with an additional full screen display, which can be dedicated to multimedia sharing.
·         The Profile 42”, powered by either the TANDBERG Codec C60 or the Codec C20plus, is ideal for deployment in small conference rooms and team huddle areas. 
o    The Profile 42” with the Codec C20plus is a new entry-level solution designed with SMBs in mind. The completely integrated system is easy to set up and use and provides full HD resolution in point-to-point calls.
