Dubai Outlet Mall sets new standards for Customer Service in the region.

Outlet Mall is not only the ultimate value shopping destination in the MENA region, but is a pioneer in consistently delivering superior customer service, an exceptional guest experience and unbelievable value. To bring customer service levels in line with global standards of excellence, Outlet Mall initiated sometime ago the Mother & Baby Room and the Father & Baby Room. Two separate rooms where parents can take care of all their babies’ needs with peace of mind.  For the first time in Dubai, Fathers can pamper their babies in the Father & Baby Room with plenty of space and special soft surfaces for changing and feeding the child.  Both rooms are located on the 1^st floor near the Food Court and are decorated with fun and colourful décor and have all the facilities necessary to take care of your children. The Mother & Baby Room has the added bonus of an exciting kids’ play area being incorporated as well.   

The Father & Baby Room has been well received by Dads with very positive feedback.  “My wife was busy shopping and I was able to take care of our son in the well appointed Father & Baby Room” said Mr. Hill father of 18 months old Joshua.
 
“This room is beautiful and the facilities are fantastic.  I fed and changed my baby while my elder child happily enjoyed the play area. I’ve never seen such a space in other malls.” Fatima from the UAE commented on the Mother & Baby Room.
 
Then again Dubai Outlet Mall is the first shopping mall in the region to incorporate a Taxi Lounge, dedicated to customers waiting for taxis. Customers can relax in this comfortable and luxurious lounge and read their favourite magazines while waiting for a taxi or taking a breather. Located near the Centre Court entrance, the lounge is the first of its kind in a mall in the UAE and is proving to be very popular with customers.

live at anytime during mall working hours or leave a message to get a call or email back. Outlet Mall is the first shopping mall in the Middle East offering a Live Customer Help facility for global e-visitors to the mall’s website.
