BABYSITTING AT THE PARK
Park Hyatt Dubai will offer a babysitting service to guests dining in the hotel on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. The fee for this service is AED25 per hour from 6am until Midnight and AED 30 per hour from Midnight until 6am. CORPORATE AND EMPLOYEE CHRISTMAS EVENTS
In December, share Christmas with colleagues, clients and friends with menus available for small or large gatherings in a variety of stunning locations. For larger gatherings, you may consider the exquisite ballroom or the outside areas, surrounded by lush gardens. The Palm Garden and the Fountain Garden offer a choice of two buffet menus priced at AED195 or AED250 per person for food only. A dedicated Children’s Brunch, incorporating all the festive season favourites, will be served in the private dining room of The Thai Kitchen. When children dine with their families in Traiteur and The Thai Kitchen on Christmas Day, they can choose to eat from the buffet and/or from the Children’s Christmas Brunch buffet prepared specially by Chef Steffen and his team of chefs.

Guests will be able to experience a wide variety of culinary delights from the Traiteur kitchen from 12:30pm to 4:00pm on this special day. Enjoy the stunning architecture and theatre-style kitchen of Traiteur as you listen to the “live” festive season entertainment; alternatively, relax and enjoy the Christmas Day “Brunch at the Park” on The Terrace, overlooking the yachts in the marina and enjoying the perfect December temperatures. This interactive brunch will allow diners to experience the different elements of cuisines created by the chefs of Park Hyatt Dubai. Featuring a large selection of appetisers and live cooking stations, Traiteur offers gastronomic and festive season favourites, such as assorted Pork Charcuterie; Fruit de Mer; Smoked Salmon and Hammour; French Onion Soup; Bouillabaisse; Steak Tartar; and an Assortment of Farmhouse Cheeses. From the rotisserie station: Cote de Boeuf; USA Butterball Turkey with Stuffing, Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce; and Suckling Pig with Apple Compote, Mustard and Parsley Sauce. From the grill station: Marinated Fish of the Day; Canadian Lobster, followed by Marinated Shrimps; Lamb Chops; and French Veal Sausages. Enjoy the flavours of Escargot and Moules Mariniers. Savour the tastes of the Amuse Bouche (Gillardeau Oysters in Green Apple Jelly with Mint), followed by a starter of either Duck Foie Gras Terrine with Kumquat Marmalade, Scallop Carpaccio with Broccoli and Cauliflower Mimosa and Combawa Lime, or Creamy Chestnut Veloute with Smoked Duck Grissini. Clean the palate with a Cassis Sorbet before choosing from the Char-Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Black Truffle Sauce or the Roast Sea Bass Fillet for the main course. Complete this sumptuous menu with Vanilla Vacherin with Raspberry Coulis. Freshly brewed Illy coffee or tea, accompanied by home-made macaroons and Champagne Truffles, follow.

The buffet comprises a vast array of salads, from Thai Green Papaya Salad and Roast Duck Salad to the Glass Noodle Salad, and nine live stations, such as the Raw Bar offering Freshly Shucked Fine de Claire and Gillardeau Oysters, Poached King Crab Legs, Canadian Lobster, Langoustines, Poached Shrimps, Mussels, Marina Snails and condiments. Assorted French terrines and the Thai BBQ live cooking station, as well as the paella and carving live stations, are sure to delight.
