Dubai, Physique TV world’s first free to air Fitness, Nutrition, Health and Extreme Sports channel will be supporting Fitness First Ultimate X-Training Challenge which will be happening on 20^th and 21^st of November at Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai. Community’s hardest fitness challenge encourages members and professional athletes to be part of this annual challenge.
 
Physique TV, telecasts diversified segments which cover fitness, nutrition, health, lifestyle, extreme sports such as MMA, Strongman and many more, will be witnessing the live experience of Fitness First Ultimate X-Training Challenge to deliver the real ecstasy to the fitness viewers sitting all across the globe.
 
Extending the support to the hardest fitness challenge in the town, Mr. Ahmad Kargar, Founder and Managing Director of Physique TV said, “Physique TV is the ultimate messenger for Fitness and Extreme Sports lovers and we are really very happy to be a part of this fitness challenge which is being organized by Fitness First annually. This two day event will have three categories of entry- Team, Amateur and Professional athletes. Each participant have to go through exhausting 12 exercises, which incorporates cycle, squats, press ups, stepper, bench press, sit ups, rower, lat pull down, dips, treadmill, preacher curls and squat thrusts. This event is the best way to promote and enhance a balanced level of overall fitness.
 
“The Fitness First X-Training Challenge will take place in China Court at Ibn Battuta Mall on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st is the humanitarian angle whereby all the registration fees will go to the ‘All as One’ adopt a child charity which Fitness First support”, commented Gary Melhuish, Area Business Manager, for Fitness First who conceptualized the event. “We took the initiative several years ago that every time we open a new club in the Middle East each club will adopt a child from Sierra Leone and all money that is raised through the many activities that we get involved in will give these children a better future”, he added
 
Registration fee for a team will be Dhs 500 and Dhs 125 for amateurs and professional athlete. Entries are open for both Fitness First members and non members. A team will consist of four members which should have at least one female member. On the first day amateurs and professional participants will be challenging the event and second day will be witnessed by the participants of a team.  
 
So get ready to face the hardest challenge happening in Dubai and do come to watch the potential and cheer your favorite competitors. Physique TV will be there to join the quest for healthy lifestyle!
