DQG arranges a symposium on "Effective Suggestion Scheme" in collaboration with Oman Insurance

 Dubai: The Ideas. Arabia Subgroup, one of the subgroups functioning under Dubai Quality Group (DQG), arranged today a symposium on "Effective suggestion Scheme" in collaboration with "Oman Insurance Company" (OIC) at the Meridien hotel in Dubai.
  
 Mr. Ahmed Al Mulla, Deputy Chief of Information Technology - DUBAL, lectured in the symposium at the presence of representatives from various DQG's member organizations and companies of at least (4000) members representing (385) public and private organizations as well as individual members.
 
The symposium discussed the ways and mechanisms of disseminating effective suggestion scheme software deployment which would strengthen companies and organizations' management. It also touched on the importance of the suggestions as an organizational system that provides efficiency and smothery in the implementation of companies' strategies in both the short and long term in line with the rapid technological changes in the business world.
 
Mr. Ahmed Mulla said: "the suggestion scheme provides ideal solutions for companies and organizations, which could reduce the administrative gaps and overcome the technical problems, as it takes into account all the ideas put forward by the staff of the organization or its customers alike. In addition to its usage in organizing administrative processes, reducing costs and increasing productivity. "
 
Certificates have been distributed to participants who successfully completed the requirements of the approved preparation and development of suggestions Scheme which has been implemented by the group last October in English Language as well as Arabic language in this November.
 
Dubai Quality Group frequently organizes such events which include symposiums, lectures and workshops, in line with its efforts to develop and modernize the public and private business sectors, which helps in developing the functional performance for both organizations and individuals. "
 
It is worthy to mention that the sub-group "Ideas. Arabia" will hold a symposium entitled with “Trends of proposals scheme and the most important problems facing it” in cooperation with Ajman Free Zone Authority in next December.
