Chefs from Coral Beach Resort, Sharjah have had a very successful year in the region’s cooking competitions, winning a range of accolades for cooking Arabic cuisine.
So the F&B team at Coral Beach have decided that there’s no better occasion to demonstrate this than by offering their award winning Emirati cuisine to guests to celebrate UAE National Day on December 2^nd!
In honour of the National holiday, celebrating the UAE and the country’s achievements, the chefs will make a stunning lunch buffet of the finest Emirati cuisine for only 120 AED per person at Al Bahar restaurant.
Coral Beach Resort, Sharjah’s award winning Executive Chef, Gary Razon, said he with his team is looking forward to treating guests to an authentic experience this National Day.
 
“The chefs from Coral Beach really excelled this year, winning some great recognition in the Arabic cooking categories at the Salon Culinaire at Gulfood and also the Middle East Junior Chef of the Year Awards.
“The medals and awards our chefs collected at these competitions really demonstrates not only a great commitment to Arabic cuisine, but also a passion and understanding of it,” Chef Gary said.
 “Incredibly, it’s an area of cooking that can be a little overlooked in Dubai, but at Coral we try and reflect the Emirati society we’re in and explore Arabic cuisine to give our guests the perfect experience,” he explained.
Guests at Coral Beach can experience a myriad of cuisines at the property’s F&B outlets, but the hotel always offers a selection of Arabic dishes on the menus for those who love Arabic cuisine.
