SKMC celebrates the 38th UAE National Day on 24 November 2009

Abu Dhabi - On the occasion of the 38^th UAE National Day, Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) managed by Cleveland Clinic organizes a celebration for all their staff on 24 November 2009. SKMC is owned and operated by SEHA, the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company which is responsible for the curative activities of all the public hospitals and clinics in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
 
The celebration will take place in a specially arranged tent on the SKMC campus. The management team of SKMC will attend and several activities are organized such as traditional dances, henna painting and laser show. The celebration will start at 5:00 pm and end at 9:00 pm.
 
The event will host top officials from Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) which owns and operates the public hospitals and clinics of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and dignitaries from the Health Authority - Abu Dhabi, the regulator of healthcare organizations in the Emirate. 
 
Dr. Tej Maini, CEO of SKMC said, “This celebration underscores SKMC‘s desire to congratulate the UAE leaders and government on the 38^th UAE National Day. Our management team will celebrate the occasion and share its significance with our 4500 staff for the second year consecutively. We would like to take part in the celebrations in the Emirates on this exceptional occasion.”
