Danube wins HSBC Cricket Challenge Cup for the 4th time

•  Friendly cricket match organised for leading bank’s UAE-based clients garners excellent participation from 36 teams

  
Danube Building Materials, the leader in construction, building materials and shop fitting industries, has won for the fourth time the ‘HSBC Cricket Challenge Cup’, a friendly cricket match organised by the leading banking institution for its UAE-based commercial banking and global banking corporate clients. The Danube Team remained unbeaten throughout the tournament, before finally defeating Active I.T. in the finals by 26 runs.
 
Now in its fifth year, the event - which garnered excellent participation from a total of 36 teams - has witnessed Danube win the Cup in its inaugural year and in the last three consecutive years it has been organised. Danube Team’s victory follows its recent win at the ‘A Division’ of the ‘Xpress Money Indoor Cricket League’.
