Dubai– Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, today announced that Salwan Property Management will deliver its premium services at the AED8-billion ‘The Villa’community at DUBAILAND®,  located in the heart of the landmark tourism, leisure and entertainment destination.

Covering an area of more than 35 million square feet  and featuring 1,814 Spanish-style three, four and five-bedroom villas, Phase-I of The Villa - The Ponderosa,  will be ready for handover by the end of the year.
