Festive Fujairah: Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort offers Christmas and New Year dining packages

Fujairah - Undecided for Christmas and New Year’s activities? Head east to Le Méridien Al Aqah for an unforgettable combination of delectable cuisine and unique activities for family and friends, including the resort’s in-house Christmas Carols choir.
On 23 December, the award-winning East Coast resort will commence its Christmas Carols program with a free performance at Views Brasserie by Al Aqah Choir from 8:30pm to 9pm.
"Le Méridien Al Aqah embraces all festive events and offers guests a relaxing and lavish holiday season, pairing our beachside setting with the traditional delights of the holidays. Added to the delicious festive treats, we have created new and special touches for family and friends to enjoy,” said Patrick Antaki, General Manager, Le Méridien Al Aqah.
On 24 and 25 December, guests and visitors can enjoy a magnificent Christmas Eve buffet dinner and Christmas day buffet lunch in the atmospheric surroundings of Views
Brasserie for AED 299 per adult and AED 149 for children aged below 12 years. As a special treat, kids will receive a surprise gift in a Christmas stocking. Christmas Carols will take place in the lobby on 24 December at 8:30pm, and on 25 December at 1pm, followed by carols at the Beach Bar at 3pm, also on 25 December.
The resort will see the New Year in with gala dinners at Hajar Ballroom and Views Brasserie for AED 1099 per person, with an extensive dining and beverage offering, accompanied by lively entertainment.
The festivities will commence at 8pm with a cocktail reception in the amphitheatre, followed with a celebratory toast, gala dinner and stunning fireworks display on the beach at midnight. After midnight, there will be a New Year Eve disco party at Le Méridien Al Aqah’s Tea & Dates Lounge with an entry fee of AED 350 for non-resident guests inclusive of two drinks.
Sapore Italian restaurant will also host a lavish New Year’s Eve dinner, priced at AED 1449 per person and including a wide selection of beverages to toast the new year.
On New Year’s Day, the resort will also serve a special New Year’s Day brunch at Views Brasserie for AED 299 per person and AED 149 for children aged below 12 years, to provide a fresh start to the year ahead.
The Christmas Carols program concludes on 7 January 2010, with a ‘Russian Christmas’ celebration, at the Annexe Staircase from 8:30pm to 9pm.
