DTCM honour UAE National Day celebrations participants

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) has honoured the government organizations and private sector companies for their support towards organizing a variety of programmes to mark the 38th UAE National Day celebrations from December 2 to 4 last year.
The awards ceremony was held at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel on Wednesday. The National Day events were conducted by the department at the Al Shindagha heritage sites complex and The Walk, JBR in Dubai Marina.
 
The ceremony was attended by DTCM Executive Director Corporate Support, Mr. Ibrahim Yaqoot, DTCM Director of Operations and Liaison and Acting Director Events, Arwa Al Ghammai, Mr. Nasser Juma, Head of Organising Committee for National Day Events and Activities, and Mr. Anwar Al Hannai, Director of Heritage and Diving Village.
 
A video film on the department’s activities during the UAE National Day celebrations was screened at the luncheon.
 
Representatives of sponsoring companies and organizations spoke about their continued support to the department in its various activities to highlight different facets of the emirate’s development and success to the world.
 
Mr. Ibrahim Yaqoot presented certificates and mementos on the occasion.
