The management of the Al Bustan Rotana Dubai is pleased to announce the appointment of George Khozam as Director of Front Office.
 
Khozam, who is originally from Syria, brings with him almost twenty years of hospitality experience specializing in Front Office operations. Prior to joining Al Bustan Rotana, he has worked for various five star properties in the UAE which includes Le Meridien Abu Dhabi, Al Diar Hotels and Sheraton Abu Dhabi. A proven people person with an eye for detail, Khozam is known to be a hands-on leader who always aims to meet and exceed guest expectations.  In his new role, he aspires to drive the front office team of the Al Bustan Rotana towards further success.
 
Commenting on his appointment, he remarked, “Al Bustan Rotana Dubai is one of the well known 5 star hotels in the city, having its own distinct touch and atmosphere with well-trained staff.  I am proud to be part of its professional team and I am looking forward to leading the hotel’s Front Office team further forward providing the best service possible to all our guests.”
